This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Warranty Coverage Period
All eligible products are covered by a limited warranty period of 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to:
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Manufacturing defects identified upon delivery
If a valid issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Items used beyond their intended purpose
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting or display differences
- Issues reported outside the warranty timeframe
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty coverage:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

- A clear description of the issue
- Photo and/or video evidence showing the defect
Assessment & Resolution
All claims will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Once approved, we will provide a suitable resolution in line with this policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifth Heaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
